Katherine Petitti Kornel ventured out to pursue her true passion as an artist after earning a degree in Advertising and working for 12 years in international business development in the Fragrance and Cosmetic Industry. She studied with Alan Reingold, renowned illustrator and professor at Parsons School of Design, and with watercolor artist, Linda Perlmutter, of Odyssey Art Group for many years. She attended The Art Students League of New York. Katherine’s work is a reflection of her time living abroad in Spain and France, as well as her travel adventures throughout Europe, Asia and Central/South America. Katherine strives to uncover the joy contained in each moment life offers and through her artwork, encourages others to discover the same.
